How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free local delivery over £75(local is within a drive of around 30 minutes of our yard EH51 0PU). Under £75 is calculated at checkout- typically around £15
For a delivery quote outside of our local area please email jamie@central.supplies
Will I be notified prior to delivery?
Yes, Jamie will text you the day before to let you know we will be delivering the next day.
Will I get a time slot?
We will say AM or PM but a more accurate time can be given in the morning of delivery if required
Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?
No, all you need to do is reply to the text with where you want the materials left and we'll do our best - we'll give you a call if any problems arise.
Can I request a specific day for delivery?
Yes that is possible but best to get in touch with us before placing the order so we can sure the day is available
Can the Bulk Bags be lifted over a fence or hedge?
Yes - most of our deliveries are carried out with our Hiab truck which has a reach of around 8 meters from the road. We also have a small tipper truck with a small which we usually use for bulk bags of logs or tipper loads of loose materials.
We can't drive over grass with any of our vehicles due to problems in the past but our drivers are very helpful and will do their best to help you out.
